Gracelight Home Health is dedicated to providing exceptional, cost effective, family focused care for the medically complex patient. Our goal is to meet the patient’s medical needs in the nurturing environment of their home and minimize the impact of the patient's condition on the family, while respecting the role of the family in the care of the patient.

Our goals focus on three guiding principles: compassion, patience, and quality.

Compassion permeates all aspects of great care. This key characteristic sets us apart from other health agencies because we are invested in the patients that we serve. Each patient that comes into our care becomes part of The GraceLight Family. This motivates us to do our best in helping our members feel comfortable in their own home.

Patience and long-suffering enables a person to go the extra mile. At Gracelight, we encourage all of our medical staff to help patients in any way they can. This can be done through simple, yet effective gestures that don’t necessarily have to do with patient care. Each caregiver is unique and so are their gifts and talents. This has made several patients entrust their care to specific caregivers who have made them feel special and comfortable.

We are a small business that focuses on giving quality service. Health is a serious concern, and we take our responsibility with great appreciation. We thank all the patients, hospital staff, and doctors that have entrusted our ability in providing quality service.
