These are common questions we receive. Please take time to review them thoroughly.

Is Gracelight in charge of my supplies?

We are responsible for providing the service to the patient; We do our best to ensure your insurance and the persons responsible have sent supplies prior to our visit. The hospital/ pharmacy/ and or insurance should be sending supplies for our nurse to use.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM Monday- Friday. During these hours we can help you with any questions or concern you may have regarding your supplies, labs, etc.

What do you have available after hours?

We have a Gracelight representative on call to handle calls and address questions and concerns. If there are any emergencies you will be referred to your nearest hospital.

Does Gracelight provide evening visits?

We try to match your preferences to the best of our ability. Most home visits are done in the day but you could have an arrangement with your caregiver.

Can I work here if I am working at another home health agency?

Yes. Please be mindful of HIPPA laws.

How many offices do you have?

Our only office is in Victorville, CA. We currently have no other locations available.

What languages do your nurses speak?

English & Spanish. We have limited availability with Tagalog and Korean.

What languages does your office staff speak?

English & Spanish.

Who reviews Gracelight?

We are certified by the State Department to operate in Victorville, CA.

Where does Gracelight operate?

We are only taking patients in the High Desert. This includes the cities of Apple Valley, Adelanto, Barstow, Helendale, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley, Oak Hills, Phelan, & Victorville.
