Q. Are you open 24/7 and 365 days a year?
A. Our business hours are from 8:00AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday. However, we do provide 24/7 customer support. We do not have an automated service machine that directs your call to voicemail. We personally answer the phone at any time you may have to call. After hour services are more pertinent to patient emergencies and other urgent matters. If it does not require immediate attention, please contact us through our website and we will email or call you during our regular business hours.
